The Charge Nurse (LPN) must demonstrate superior nursing knowledge and the ability to adapt quickly to high-stress situations. This role requires a positive, resilient leader who can successfully manage the behavioral unit while maintaining high standards of care and integrity. Current, unencumbered LPN license Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to remain positive and professional in high-stress environments Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train staff Commitment to resident care and upholding unit integrity
