Active Minnesota LPN license required Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs patient assessments and documentation within scope of licensure while supporting providers and clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care. The LPN assists with admissions, patient education, discharge planning, and coordination of care to ensure positive patient outcomes.
