• 2:45 PM Part-time, daytime only What You'll Do Oversee medication administration and routine health needs Monitor participant wellness and communicate concerns to the team Maintain accurate and compliant health documentation Support a safe, respectful, person-centered environment Collaborate with RNs, DSPs, and program leadership Assist with health follow-up and care coordination as needed What We're Looking For Active Illinois LPN license (required) Reliable and detail-oriented nursing practice Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfort working with adults with developmental disabilities Experience in IDD, long-term care, or community health is helpful but not required Ideal For Nurses seeking a slower-paced, structured environment LPNs wanting weekday-only work Nurses transitioning from hospitals, SNFs, or home health Semi-retired or returning nurses Those who value relationship-based care About Kaskaskia Workshop Kaskaskia Workshop provides community-based services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
