This role is with a Recovery Center provides 24/7 medical detox and residential inpatient care with medication-assisted treatment (MAT) when appropriate, plus dual diagnosis services. Purpose:

The LPN supports patient care through assessments, vital signs, medication administration, documentation, and overall clinical support within the facility.

Primary Responsibilities:

Measure and record patient vital signs. Discuss and document patient health concerns. Perform tests and administer injections as needed. Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and EMR documentation. Provide wound care when necessary. Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications. Obtain provider orders and monitor for adverse reactions. Assist with patient education and health guidance. Review, update, and sign off on patient charts. Complete required training and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (preferrable rehab experience) Active Tennessee RN license in good standing. CPR and First Aid/AED certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively use EMR systems. Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
