Job Description

AllShifts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work per diem. You will provide direct nursing care and support patient treatment plans under RN or physician supervision. Download and sign up with AllShifts to view open shifts immediately.
LPN Responsibilities :
Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs Administer medications and basic treatments as prescribed Assist patients with activities of daily living Document care and report status changes to the RN or provider Support the care team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
LPN Requirements :
Active LPN State Certification Current BLS/CPR certification (if required by facility) Basic computer and documentation skills
Pay:
$470.81 - $478.40 per day
