$1,422 / 36 hours
Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN license in practicing state Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living preferred Strong clinical skills, accurate documentation, and effective communication Ability to follow care plans and collaborate with nursing staff
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living and monitor health status Administer medications and treatments per RN/physician orders Accurately document care and report changes in condition to the healthcare team Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
