Job Description

Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LECOM Institute for Successful Living Erie, PA The LECOM Institute for Successful Living is seeking compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing teams at one or more of our long-term care facilities in Erie, Pennsylvania . We are committed to providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment that values professionalism, respect, and continuous learning. Position Summary The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician. The LPN plays a vital role in ensuring residents' medical, physical, and emotional needs are met while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to appropriate clinical staff Accurately document nursing care and resident status in the medical record Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident-centered care Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Promote a safe, clean, and respectful care environment Qualifications Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply) Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care
