Apply LPN Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to appropriate personnel Assist physicians with treatments and procedures as needed Educate residents and families on healthcare instructions Participate in interdisciplinary care planning Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents Assume charge nurse responsibilities when assigned

Qualifications:
