Job Description
Position Overview:
At Keystone Drill Services, we are committed to innovation, safety, and delivering high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers. We are seeking to add an Engineer who will play a key role in streamlining production processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating across engineering and manufacturing teams. This position will contribute to the development of new products and the enhancement of existing designs by applying sound engineering principles and hands-on engagement with manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a team-oriented environment, demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, and is motivated to improve product performance, safety, and reliability while supporting Keystone's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design, evaluate, and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost effectiveness.
- Support the development, modification, and validation of new and existing products to meet customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal performance targets.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), work instructions, and test procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and industry standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and field service teams as needed to resolve issues and improve product reliability.
- Contribute to project planning, timelines, and cost estimates while supporting on-time delivery of engineering deliverables.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field). Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)Preferred Credentials:
Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment Project management experience pment is a plus.Job Type:
