Summary:

We are seeking experienced LPN/LVNs for Skilled Nursing assignments across multiple Iowa locations. Candidates should be comfortable working in long-term care/skilled nursing settings and providing compassionate patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and document patient conditions Assist with daily patient care and support Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain compliance with facility and state regulations

Requirements:

Active LPN/LVN License of IA State or Compact Active BLS-AHA certification Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay:

$1,350.00 - $1,550.00 per week
