LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Westminster Village team. As an LPN, you will provide direct resident care and assist in the planning, organizing, developing, and directing nursing service including in accordance with the current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Administration, and your supervisor, to ensure that the highest degree of quality care in maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

Supervising, performing and providing written/verbal care assignments, routine skills and procedures to ensure thew quality of care to residents.

Requirements:

Valid LPN license in good standing according to State and Federal requirements. Have a thorough understanding of the principles of safe effective nursing practices within the State of Indiana. Basic computer knowledge and skills (i.e., the ability to access and use the internet, Word, E-mail, etc.). The ability to follow written and verbal instructions, function independently and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
