  • 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexibility) Days Covered
  • Monday through Sunday LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Responsibilities:
G Tube Care Management of Respiratory Issues Management of Seizure Disorders Management of Neuromuscular Disorders Tracheostomy Cares LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)
Qualifications:
Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing Current LPN license to practice in the state of Iowa CPR certification Current driver's license and reliable transportation Advantages of providing one-on-one care: Become skilled in providing education and training to families. Work closely with the child's family, physicians, and other care team members to develop and maintain a plan of care. Nurse Case Manager and Scheduler are available 24/7.
