Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long-Term Care (LTC) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Beulah, ND.

Variable (Days/Evenings)

Shift Length:

8, 12, and occasional 16-hour shifts

Hours:

Minimum 36 hours per week (with potential overtime) Schedule may vary up to 5 days per week depending on facility needs

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising RN Assist with daily resident care and support CNA staff Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to support resident care plans

Requirements:

Active LPN license required Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required Basic clinical nursing skills in long-term care or acute care setting preferred Ability to work variable shifts (days/evenings) and extended hours as needed Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work in a fast-paced LTC environment For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
