• Agricultural Equipment to lead the daily operations of our service department in Garrison, North Dakota.

• 90,000 annual salary based on experience 100% Employee-Owned Company Employer-paid health insurance Dental, vision, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holidays Uniforms provided Long-term career growth opportunities Stable, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Oversee daily operations of the service department Schedule and coordinate service work to maximize efficiency and productivity Ensure repair orders are processed accurately and completed on time Communicate repair updates and timelines with customers Support and develop service technicians through coaching and leadership Foster strong communication between service staff, customers, and management Monitor department performance and work toward operational goals Assist with marketing and business development initiatives alongside other departments Maintain compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures What We're Looking For Experience in agricultural equipment, diesel, or heavy equipment service operations Leadership or management experience preferred Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and manage workflow in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership management systems Proactive attitude with strong accountability and follow-through Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 60 pounds without assistance Ability to stand for extended periods and work around equipment and shop environments Safety-minded and committed to maintaining a safe workplace Why Work at Northern Plains Equipment?
