$2500 after 6 months and 1 year $36

• $39 per hour Chelsea Senior Living in Washington Twp (Bergen County(), is currently seeking LPN Supervisor. 7AM
• 3PM shift and 3PM
• 11PM shifts available and work every other weekend. LPN Supervisor will support the Nursing Department. Candidates must hold a current LPN license. We are looking for someone to be highly organized, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to multi-task.
• Assists Health Services Director with move in process and 6-month resident evaluations
• Must assist with resident ADLs
• Assists Health Services Director with development of resident plans of care
• Refers to supportive services as indicated and ordered by physician;
• Ongoing monitoring of residents' condition and changes in condition;
• Provides health and wellness education to residents
• Follows infection control and universal precautions; Experience working in a fast-paced health care setting would be ideal.
