Job Description
LPN Supervisor -Full Time $34 - $38 per hour Chelsea Senior Living in Washington Twp (Bergen County), is currently seeking LPN Supervisor. New graduates welcome to apply! Shift is 3:00pm-11:00pm and work every other weekend. LPN Supervisor will support the Nursing Department. Candidates must hold a current LPN license. We are looking for someone to be highly organized, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to multi-task.
- Assists Health Services Director with move in process and 6-month resident evaluations
- Must assist with resident ADLs
- Assists Health Services Director with development of resident plans of care
- Refers to supportive services as indicated and ordered by physician;
- Ongoing monitoring of residents' condition and changes in condition;
- Provides health and wellness education to residents
- Follows infection control and universal precautions; Experience working in a fast-paced health care setting would be ideal.
