Schedule:

4/3 Rotation (Includes weekends as scheduled) We are currently hiring an experienced LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) for a 13-week contract assignment in Lake Isabella, California.

Job Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement resident care under RN supervision Provide direct patient care in a Skilled Nursing setting Medication administration and treatment documentation Supervise CNAs and support staff Maintain accurate charting in EMR systems Ensure continuity of care and patient safety Cross-train in other nursing departments as needed

Requirements:

✔ Active California LVN License ( Required ) ✔ Minimum 3 years of Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience ( Required ) ✔ Sub Acute experience alone will not be considered ✔ Long-Term Care experience preferred ✔ Current BLS certification ✔ EMR experience preferred ✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
