Job Description

We are looking for an LPN and an RN for a Long Term Care facility in Kane PA. There are two (2) open positions
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (1) and Registered Nurse (1)

Qualifications:
New Grads welcome to apply Nursing Home Experience is preferred but NOT required BLS (AHA)

] Must possess a current license in PA or a temporary PA work permit
  • Required at time of Interview Must possess knowledge of: medical asepsis, body mechanics, personal care of residents, correct use and care of equipment, observation techniques, reporting and recording, thorough knowledge of nursing theory and it's application [
HIGHLY PREFERRED
] Must be willing to possess knowledge of and comply with regulations, policies, procedures, contracts and philosophy of the institution [
PREFERRED
] Must maintain a courteous and professional manner toward residents, visitors and co-workers and a dedication to meet the needs of the elderly [
PREFERRED
] Must have awareness of cost containment, utilize time fully, and properly care for equipment [
PREFERRED
] Must possess ability to accept and follow written and verbal directives [
PREFERRED
] Must utilize good communication and observation skills [
