Licensed Social Worker or Counselor We're seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Social Worker (LSW),Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team at a respected outpatient behavioral health organization in Ohio. Responsibilities Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a wide range of behavioral health needs. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Adhere to all ethical guidelines, state regulations, and CARF standards. Qualifications and Skills Must hold a current and valid LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC license in the state of Ohio. Experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting is preferred. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to professional growth and cultural competency.
