Hours:

36 hrs/week guaranteed Every other weekend required ASAP start (replacement/backfill role) Orientation required prior to start (facility account + walkthrough + shadowing) Pay $44•$46 per hour

Weekly Pay:

Orientation:

First shift facility walkthrough + shadowing as needed No therapy animals allowed Required Credentials Active RN License required (LPN also considered) BLS Certification required LTC / Skilled Nursing experience required Experience with PCC charting preferred Ability to manage high patient ratios required Must complete facility orientation prior to start Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to LTC residents Administer medications and treatments Monitor resident condition changes Coordinate care with CNAs and interdisciplinary team Document care using PCC system Ensure resident safety and compliance standards Participate in orientation and facility training process
