Lube and Tire Technician

• Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the vehicles that come into our shop receive the highest level of maintenance and service. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.

• Responsibilities:

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, tire repair/replacement and other fluid services.
• Conduct diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify potential issues.
• Utilize hand tools and heavy lifting equipment to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our customers.
• Keep detailed records of work performed and communicate with office staff on the status of their vehicles.
• Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex repairs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive service procedures and technologies.

• Experience:

• Prior experience as a Lube and Tire Technician or in a related field is required.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is essential.
• Experience with heavy lifting and working with hand tools is necessary.
• Strong customer service skills are a must.
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and maintenance is a significant advantage.
• Willingness to learn new skills and stay current with industry developments is required.
• Salary depends on experience and knowledge.
