In this energetic role, you will perform routine oil changes, tire services, alignments, and other essential maintenance tasks that keep vehicles running smoothly. Your mechanical aptitude and customer-focused attitude will help ensure every customer leaves satisfied and confident in their vehicle's performance. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive repair skills while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections efficiently and accurately Conduct wheel alignments and tire services to improve vehicle handling and safety Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify and address vehicle issues Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and brake inspections Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency Support the service team with general maintenance duties and heavy lifting as needed Skills Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, oil change procedures, alignment, and tire service techniques Proven ability to perform vehicle maintenance accurately while adhering to safety standards Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Ability to lift heavy objects safely and work in physically demanding environments Service technician experience combined with automotive service knowledge is a plus Basic sales skills to recommend additional services confidently when appropriate Embark on a rewarding career where your skills drive success!
