Responsibilities Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid top-offs efficiently and accurately. Perform tire services such as rotations, replacements, and balancing to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications. Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues using automotive diagnostics tools and report findings to service technicians or supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate. Requirements Demonstrated mechanic experience with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and mechanical knowledge. Familiarity with automotive diagnostics, hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance procedures. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various positions for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills for customer interactions. Knowledge of automotive service standards including oil changes, tire service and general vehicle maintenance.
