Phlebotomist

Christopher Rural Health Planning Corporation is a Federally Qualified Health Center dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services across multiple counties. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. Interpret orders as received by clinical provider Prepare for and collect laboratory specimen, following OSHA and CRHPC mandated procedure. Specimens may include blood, urine, sputum, skin biopsy samples. Prepare and package specimens for transfer to reference laboratory Perform CLIA-waived testing, ex: Urine Dip, Strep Screen, Urine pregnancy Monitor and ensure timely reporting of results Skills Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, techniques, and safety protocols Skilled in venipuncture, blood sampling, and specimen collection/processing Excellent patient service skills with a focus on patient care and comfort Must possess the ability to function in a fast-paced medical environment and maintain excellent communication skills

Pay:

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
