This position involves managing the maintenance and repair of our fleet, conducting diagnostic tests, performing basic repairs, and executing routine and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance plans for the company fleet. Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and address necessary repairs. Conduct functionality tests on vehicle parts and systems. Perform basic repairs and maintenance on company vehicles and equipment. Replace or charge car batteries, and mount and rotate tires as needed. Maintain a comprehensive database of maintenance and repair records for company vehicles and equipment. Ensure a clean and safe work area at all times. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED certificate. Minimum of one year of automotive repair experience. ASE certification is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license. A minimum of 21 years of age. A clean driving record. Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning systems. Excellent customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as computer diagnostic equipment and software. Experience with Google Suite or related software for maintaining service records and tracking inventory. Physical Requirements Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods. Physical capability to perform repairs, including lifting up to 50 pounds at a time. Ability to work safely in a noisy area with various odors present. Good vision for inspecting repair work and physical flexibility to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat during repairs and inspections. Benefits Medical, Vision & Dental
