About Us Quincy Quick Lube is a trusted, community-focused auto service center, providing high-quality automotive repairs and preventative maintenance. We value loyalty, integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Automotive/Lube Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in automotive service and also willing to perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes and other preventative maintenance. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services: oil changes, brake jobs, fluid exchanges, tire rotations, filter replacements, and basic light-duty services. Provide friendly and professional customer service Assist with diagnostics and repairs as needed on a variety of vehicles (brakes, suspension, engine performance, diagnose fluid leaks, electrical, etc.) Inspect vehicles and communicate recommended maintenance items to the service manager Use vehicle information systems and shop procedures to verify oil type, capacities, filters, and service requirements Solid working knowledge of common automotive parts and systems Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies and industry standards Keep accurate records of all services performed Lift and maneuver parts, tools, or equipment up to 50 lbs safely without assistance Qualifications 1 or more years of professional lube, tire, dealership, or automotive service experience preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record required knowledge of automotive parts, fluids, and maintenance schedules Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment Ability to perform both mechanical repairs and general maintenance services ASE certifications are a plus but not required Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
