Lube Technician - Experienced

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Mobile Lube Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to customer locations to perform routine maintenance and lube services on equipment, trucks, or vehicles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer job sites to perform oil changes, lube services, and routine maintenance on heavy equipment, diesel trucks, and other machinery. Inspect fluid levels, filters, belts, and hoses; report potential mechanical issues to the service team. Operate a fully-equipped service truck and maintain tools and inventory. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Follow all safety procedures and environmental regulations. Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner. Assist in scheduling and routing daily service calls.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of experience in equipment or vehicle maintenance preferred. Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, oils, filters, and lubrication points. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to work in outdoor conditions, including extreme heat or cold. Able to bend, kneel, and reach while servicing equipment.
