Lube Technician - Heavy Equipment

Lube Technician Heavy Equipment Showalter Construction Co. is hiring a Heavy Equipment Lube Technician to support our fleet of equipment on active job sites. We are a family-owned excavation company that has been operating since 1978, and we value reliability, teamwork, and taking pride in quality work. This role is a great fit for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working outdoors, and takes ownership of keeping equipment running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Lubricate and service heavy equipment on-site Inject grease, inspect and refill fluids, change filters, and check air pressure Fuel equipment and perform routine service checks Identify maintenance concerns and communicate them promptly Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Lift up to 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks as needed What We're Looking For Class B CDL (REQUIRED) Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred, or willingness to obtain them with company support Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Willingness to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test A positive, team-focused attitude What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Long-term stability with a well-established company Supportive, family-oriented work environment If you're dependable, take pride in maintaining equipment, and want to be part of a team that values safety and quality, we encourage you to apply.
