Lube Tec/Mechanic Helper

This motto continues to motivate our team to offer the best values and peace of mind to our customers. We are in need of an Oiler/Mechanic helper here at Westec. With the right fit could potentially turn into a full time mechanic position. The tasks and skills that the ideal candidate would be expected to do in this position are: Able to lube construction equipment Do light maintenance (example: changing oil, hose changes) Must be able to work independently Mechanic experience is always a plus but not necessary Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions If you do not have experience in these areas but have a great attitude, a desire to learn, and would like to start a career with a solid company please consider applying. We are willing to train the right individuals. Candidates must be 21 or older, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record to be insured by our company . Must be physically fit to lift and climb. This position requires being fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in English. Must pass a drug test, and be subject to random drug testing as employment continues. Compensation package will be ($15 per hour) & commensurate with experience and as employment timelines are met will include; paid vacation, paid holidays, great health insurance, Flex Plan, & retirement/Simple IRA.
