Lubrication & Preventative Maintenance Technician

Overview We are hiring a dependable, safety-focused Greaser Technician to support preventative maintenance operations at an industrial sand plant. This role includes equipment greasing, lubrication, inspections, cleaning, and assisting with minor mechanical repairs on heavy plant equipment. Duties Perform scheduled greasing and lubrication on conveyors, screens, motors, bearings, pumps, and other plant equipment Complete preventative maintenance (PM) tasks and equipment inspections Clean machinery and maintain safe work areas Assist mechanics with minor repairs and maintenance work Replace filters, fluids, hoses, and grease lines as needed Operate grease pumps, pressure washers, and basic hand tools safely Report equipment issues and follow all plant safety procedures including lockout/tagout Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Industrial, construction, mining, farming, or heavy equipment experience preferred Ability to work in hot, dusty, physically demanding environments Comfortable around heavy machinery and working at heights Able to lift 50+ lbs and climb through catwalks, stairs/ladders Dependable with strong safety awareness #BWC3
