Lugger

A Lugger is responsible for delivering exceptional beach set-up and breakdown service. This role has the responsibility of ensuring that all equipment is transported, set-up, and retrieved accurately, efficiently, and professionally while providing an enjoyable customer experience. A successful Lugger is someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and customer-focused. Responsibilities Setup & Breakdown Execution Transport beach equipment from client locations to specified beach setup areas Set up equipment according to company standards Ensure clean and organized presentation Return at scheduled times to break down and transport items back to client locations Operational Needs Review booking details (names, location, time, party size) Arrive on time and prepared Confirm setup aligns with booking specifications Communicate issues proactively Customer Experience Represent the company professionally at all times Greet customers courteously when interacting with them Resolve minor issues on-site if possible Escalate concerns appropriately Equipment Care Handle all equipment with care Identify and report damaged or missing items Maintain cleanliness and organization of gear
