Responsibilities Host live sales sessions, presenting pre-owned designer goods with enthusiasm and professionalism to captivate viewers and drive sales. Engage with customers in real-time, answering questions, providing detailed product descriptions, and offering styling advice to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain an organized schedule of live events, ensuring timely preparation and seamless execution of each session. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming live sales through social media channels and other platforms. Manage inventory displays during live sessions, highlighting key features and unique aspects of each item to maximize appeal. Provide feedback on customer preferences and trending styles to inform procurement decisions and marketing strategies. Uphold brand standards by demonstrating excellent product knowledge, professionalism, and a polished appearance during all live interactions. Experience Prior experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or live streaming sales environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of designer brands, current fashion trends, and luxury market dynamics. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently. Experience with live streaming platforms or social media tools such as Instagram Live, Facebook Live, or TikTok is advantageous. Familiarity with digital presentation tools or basic video editing skills are a plus but not required. A genuine passion for fashion, luxury goods, and delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
