Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure client safety. Apply advanced techniques including eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments when qualified. Educate clients on nail care routines, color theory applications, and retail product options to enhance their experience. Upsell additional services or retail products confidently to maximize client satisfaction and spa revenue. Qualifications Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail care; additional certifications in esthetic laser treatment, eyelash extensions, or hair styling are a plus.
