Milano Collection is looking for a Sales Associate experienced in selling high end products or services, who can engage with existing and new customers in person and via phone/video. Responsibilities Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service Be knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options Ensure orders secured are processed and completed Other duties as needed Requirements Successful track record in selling high end products or services Warm and friendly high energy person that thrives in a team environment Willingness to wear a wig for consultations where needed - prior wig wearing experience not required Computer savvy, adept at Microsoft Outlook and point of sale systems Perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual
