Full-time Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to exceeding targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline development, and customer interactions in CRM systems. Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
3+ years of proven automotive sales experience, preferably in luxury. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to change. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (but not required).
