• 5:00 PM We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one care for a patient with a gastrostomy tube (G-tube) in a home setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in enteral feeding, medication administration, and skilled nursing care , with a strong focus on patient comfort and safety. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care Manage and monitor G-tube feedings, including care, flushing, and troubleshooting Administer medications via G-tube or other prescribed routes Monitor vital signs and patient condition; report any changes promptly Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with family members and care team to ensure continuity of care Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive home environment Qualifications Current Texas LVN license in good standing CPR certification (required) Experience with G-tube care/enteral feedings preferred Home health or private duty experience is a plus Strong assessment and communication skills Reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay Consistent weekly schedule Supportive clinical team Opportunity to provide meaningful, one-on-one patient care
