LVN and LPT Part-Time/Full Time for Residential Facility

Seeking caring individuals to provide care and supervision to adult males with special needs or developmental disabilities. LVNs must check blood pressure prior to administering medications. Will work along with the facility Administrator and RN Consultant. The home has 3 adult residents with intellectual disabilities and health conditions. Candidates must be comfortable working with adult males who need diaper changes.

DUTIES:

Duties include cooking, cleaning, bathing, dispensing medications, monitoring blood pressure, adhering to health care plans and documenting behavior patterns. Other duties may include driving residents to appointments and recreational activities. Must be able to lift 50lbs.

Required license or certification:
