Location:

Susanville, CA Pay:

$60/Hr to $67/HR on W2

Duration:

6 months WEEKS with possible extension

Shift :

Afternoons Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in their condition. Assist with acute pain management and provide comfort measures. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assist in laboratory procedures. Provide care to patients in inpatient settings, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies. Perform phlebotomy as needed for laboratory tests. Support occupational health initiatives by promoting workplace health standards. Skills Experience in nursing home environments or acute care settings is preferred. Proficiency in home care practices and hospice care methodologies. Strong understanding of diagnostic evaluation processes and laboratory protocols. Ability to manage multiple patients effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Familiarity with healthcare systems and electronic medical records (EMR). Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on empathy and support.
