Required Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LVN/LPN for a Rehabilitation assignment in Elwood, Kansas. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated nursing professional with recent inpatient rehabilitation or hospital experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be confident working night shifts, experienced in rehabilitation nursing, and committed to supporting patients through recovery and improved quality of life. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies Assist patients with daily living activities and rehabilitation goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery plans Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and patient care standards Deliver compassionate care while promoting patient comfort and dignity Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent Rehabilitation nursing experience Previous inpatient hospital or rehabilitation setting experience required Active Kansas LPN license or Compact State LPN License required Current BLS certification required Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced patient care environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with post-acute or transitional care patients Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments and workflows Why Apply?
