3x12 Nights (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Duration:

13 Weeks 3. Key Responsibilities Provide quality patient care in an inpatient rehab setting. Administer medications and assist with patient assessments. Perform phlebotomy, IV care, and gastric tube feed support. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe patient care. Maintain accurate patient documentation and charting. 4. Requirements Active LVN/LPN License required. Minimum 1.5 years of inpatient rehab experience preferred. Travel experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must provide proof of license at time of submission. 5. Education Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program. 6. Certifications BLS Certification required. CPR Certification required. NIH Certification preferred. ACLS preferred for Charge Nurse role. 7. Preferred Qualifications Experience with phlebotomy and IV therapy. Experience with gastric tube feeding. Cerner charting experience preferred. Motivated, patient-focused, and team-oriented professionals preferred.

Pay:

$1,300.00 - $1,500.00 per week
