Full Job Description Overview:

Only Love Home Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide Private Duty Nursing for a pediatric patient in San Juan, TX . This weekend position (7:00a.m.

m.) is ideal for nurses who value consistency, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a meaningful, one-on-one relationship with a single patient in the comfort of their home. Care includes ventilator or tracheostomy support, J-tube, Hi-flow machine, medication administration, and routine skilled nursing care. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care according to the plan developed by the supervising RN and physician. Monitor the patient's condition and report any changes promptly. Administer medications and provide routine treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR. Collaborate with the family and Only Love clinical team to support care goals.

Qualifications:

Current LVN or RN license in the state of Texas. Pediatric or home health experience required . Must have prior experience with J Tube, high flow machine, continuous oxygen. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required.
