Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Machine Assembler -Electrical, where you'll play a vital role in constructing, installing, and maintaining industrial equipment and machinery. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with precision tools, interpret technical schematics, and contribute to the creation of high-quality products. Your expertise will help ensure that our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment according to detailed blueprints and schematics Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly of industrial machinery Perform electrical wiring and install electrical components in accordance with electrical schematics and safety standards Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines for machining parts as needed for assembly projects Conduct welding and fabrication tasks to create custom parts or modify existing components for assembly Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges to verify component dimensions and ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols; operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely when necessary Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or machine assembly with a strong mechanical aptitude Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of CNC machining, welding techniques, electrical wiring, and industrial equipment installation Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and their application in machinery control systems Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments Basic electrical experience including wiring, schematics interpretation, and troubleshooting electrical systems Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, assembly processes, and maintenance of industrial machinery Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification preferred but not required Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; ability to follow safety procedures diligently This position offers an engaging environment where your technical skills will directly impact the quality of our products.
