50/hr Shift Premium! Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed on both shifts Responsibilities Review job ticket and setup jobs according to specifications Ensure machine runs efficiently while ensuring quality and production schedules are met Complete documentation, inspect quality and quantity of products Perform preventative maintenance duties on machines Troubleshoot problems with equipment and make repairs as needed. Provide work direction to Machine Helpers / Packagers Produce top quality results with strong attention to detail Assure standard operating procedures are followed to meet business and customer needs Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Qualifications Machine setup, adjusting and operating experience Experience with bindery, packaging or other finishing equipment helpful Mechanical Ability Ability to understand and follow detailed job instructions Good verbal and written communication skills Team Player Strong attention to detail and quality Move/lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and push/pull up to 50 lbs. occasionally Ability to stand and bend throughout workday with good manual dexterity We offer a great work environment, competitive compensation and complete benefitpackage.
