Truss Assembler:

Pick connector plates according to job orders and size specifications Lift and lay out lumber onto build tables Nail jig blocks to tables and hammer connector plates into place Remove finished trusses from jigs, stack materials, and clear jig blocks Unload, label, and band completed trusses What You Need to Bring to the

Truss Assembler Role:

Must have at least 6 months experience working in a heavy manufacturing position within the last year Must have experience using hand tools and measuring equipment Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, reaching, squatting, and kneeling Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, with lighter lifting performed more frequently Must be able to work overtime as needed Must be able to learn quickly, take initiative, and work on your own when needed Reliable attendance and willingness to learn on the job No prior truss or manufacturing experience required - entry-level candidates welcome Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and opportunities to gain valuable hands-on experience.
