Responsibilities include:

Operating machinery to cut, roll, weld, or pleat filtration materials Assembling components using blueprints and written instructions Performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation Using hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently Lifting, moving, and loading materials as needed What We're Looking For Comfortable with physical, hands-on work Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexibility to train across multiple departments (Slitting, Cores, Pleating) Willingness to wear required PPE Ability to obtain steel or composite toe footwear after hire What Happens Next?
