Position Overview:

Machine Operator We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator in Stephenville, Texas (76401). This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, or industrial experience who are looking to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Machine Operator , you will be responsible for: Operate and monitor production machinery and press equipment Load, unload, and feed materials into machines and dies Inspect parts using catalog numbers and ensure product quality standards are met Identify and report defects or production issues Make minor machine adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency Accurately complete production reports and time sheets Meet or exceed production and performance targets Follow all work instructions and supervisor directives Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Basic Requirements:

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Basic math skills for production calculations Strong communication and teamwork skills Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity preferred Ability to adapt to shift changes and overtime requirements Proven track record of good attendance, safety, and performance

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move materials weighing 25 lbs or more without assistance Capability to stand and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods

Training & Development:

After completing training, you will be able to: Identify parts and verify accuracy using catalog and product specifications Operate machinery to meet press department production goals Perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards
