MACHINE OPERATOR
(2nd Shift) Mount Pleasant, PA 3:30PM to 2AMONLY A 4 DAY WORK WEEK!

Those who work here seldom leave. Job Summary A Machine Operator will perform key assembly operations and operate specialized equipment that supports our electronics manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities Perform assigned assembly tasks under the direction of the Production Supervisor. Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using a variety of hand tools and hardware. Operate a range of equipment such as conformal coating systems, singulation machines, and begin training on wave solder machinery. Maintain a high standard of quality while working independently with minimal supervision. Identify and address defects in accordance withIPC-A-610
standards (all classes). Job Requirements Basic math and measurement skills. Mechanically inclined with hands-on experience using basic tools and testing equipment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Problem-solving skills to handle tasks involving multiple variables and minimal standardization. Comfortable handling small, intricate parts and performing repetitive tasks. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions and documentation. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum 1 year of relevant manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred.
