Job Description
PCB Assembler/Rework Specialist ONLY a 4 day work week Mount Pleasant, PA 3:30pm - 2am, M - Th Pay is based on relevant experience and qualifications ($25 ) Ideal position for a skilled professional with strong rework and soldering expertise who can build/modify/repair complex printed circuit board assemblies. The two open positions will not be open for long. Role Responsibilities Assemble chassis and electromechanical components using various hardware. Perform rework and repair of PCB assemblies, including trace cuts and jumper additions. Hand-solder SMT and THT components to

Class 3 standards . Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and workmanship guidelines. Wire and solder prototypes and complex assemblies of unique designs. Operate equipment such as aqueous cleaners and component placement tools. Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) PCB assemblies per controlled documentation. Assist with wave solder and selective solder processes. Cut, form, and manually place components. Recommend documentation improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Provide guidance and support to PCB Assembler I & II. Requirements & Qualifications Ability to handle small, delicate components with accuracy Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical documentation Strong component identification knowledge Proven soldering skills meetingIPC-A-610
