You'll be: Operating, adjusting, and monitoring machinery to ensure timely and safe production while maintaining seed quality Working independently or as part of a team to meet daily goals and respond to changing production requirements Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60 pounds, working indoors and outdoors, and walking on uneven surfaces as needed Adhering to strict safety policies, including the use of provided personal protective equipment such as hi-visibility hard hats, gloves, vests, and eyewear Maintaining outstanding attendance and following all site protocols for seatbelt use, electronic devices, and safe operation practices This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have the ability to work flexible schedules, including first or second shift, and adapt to seasonal changes (36-48 hours/week, including overtime as necessary) Demonstrate reliability, dependability, and exceptional attendance history Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and display a professional attitude Are physically able to lift, push, or pull up to 60 pounds and work long hours as needed Can pass a background check and all pre-employment screenings Have reliable transportation and can arrive on-site as scheduled Provide your own steel-toe, over-the-ankle work boots and wear required durable work attire What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
