These positions will start 5 days a week

• 8 hour. Could be 1st or 2nd shift. 1st shift is 6:00 AM
• 2:30 PM and 2nd shift will be 2:00 PM
• 10:30 PM Placement on shift and position will be based on the interview process.

Plan is to keep these employees through the harvest, and 24/7 packaging season so need candidates that will be able to flex their schedules with seasonal changes. Shift 1: $19.50 Shift 2: $21.50 = (+$2 differential) Shift 3: $21.50 = (+$2 differential) Job Summary The General Operator supports seasonal agricultural operations including seed processing, harvesting, packaging, and warehouse activities. Responsibilities vary throughout the year based on business needs. Key Responsibilities Operate and maintain equipment for seed processing, drying, and packaging Perform harvesting, sorting, and inventory management Load/unload shipments and support warehouse operations (including forklift use) Label, bag, and prepare seed for distribution Maintain plant cleanliness (5S), safety, and quality standards Assist with inspections, maintenance, and general facility upkeep Requirements Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or agricultural environment preferred Basic equipment operation and troubleshooting skills Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor conditions Flexible to work long hours, overtime, and rotating shifts Strong reliability, teamwork, and communication skills Additional Notes PPE required (some provided; steel-toe boots required) Strict safety, attendance, and workplace policies apply Must have reliable transportation TA01
